Gift certificates

​

Gift certificates are non-refundable. 48 hours of notice of cancellation is required to avoid forfeiture of gift certificate. Gift certificates are to be used by date stated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

 

Deposits/booking fee

​

A 50% booking fee is required at time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining amount to be paid at time of booking.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations and changed appointments without he courtesy of at least 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of service price.

 

Missed appointments will be charged full service price. If you are late for your appointment your service may be shortened but will be charged full service price.
